The paper is devoted to overview of a not well-known text of Jacek Idzi Przybylski, which was written in relation to the visit of the tsar Alexander I, who was on the way to Vienna for the peace congress. According to information included in title, the text was sung on September 19th 1814 in synagogue located in Kazimierz, Kraków. To emphasize the communitarian dimension of the psalm-like prayer, the lyric narration is led by the representatives of the Twelve Tribes of Israel – descendants of the patriarch Jacob. They ask God for the prosperity for the Russian emperor, in whom Poles placed their hopes for the improving the national destiny. In view of the radical changes in political situation which have occurred after downfall of Napoleon, tsar Alexander I was recognized as the reviver of the motherland and the guarantor of the freedom. Przybylski`s text depicts this social atmosphere and can be classified into the numerous group of panegyrics dedicated to Russian ruler.
