DEVELOPING LEARNERS’ GENERAL AND LANGUAGE COMPETENCES AND THEIR CULTURAL SENSITIVITY THROUGH UNCONVENTIONAL METHODS OF TEACHING

The text presents the beginnings and development of the theatre studio, which was established thanks to the inspiration and support of Professor Miodunka. After discussing the theoretical foundations of using theatre classes in teaching Polish language and culture, it also presents the achievements of several foreign students. The final part shows the importance of the studio in the process of teaching Polish language and culture, as well as the most important performances that were created there and their reception.
