Twórczość Jacka Idziego Przybylskiego w ogłoszeniach prasy warszawskiej XVIII wieku
Synopsis
WORKS OF JACEK IDZI PRZYBYLSKI IN WARSAW NEWSPAPERS ADS OF THE 18TH CENTURY
Most publications of Jacek Idzi Przybylski appeared in Krakow in the publishing house of Ignacy Grebel. The printer and publisher recommended most of Przybylski’s works, mainly translations of European literature, not only for printing in the local press, but also in Warsaw. Out of 27 original works of his authorship, printed in the 18th century and registered in “New Korbut”, the Warsaw press advertised only three texts and published 14 out of his 23 self-published translations. Although part of Przybylski’s work was advertised by Warsaw booksellers, but they could only do so on the basis of copies of the publications received from the Krakow printer.
