Author Biography

Anna Moskal, Uniwersytet Jagielloński, Kraków

First-Class Honours Master’s degree in law from the Jagiellonian University (Poland), an extensive international academic experience at Harvard University (USA), University of Washington (USA), Cambridge University (UK), University of Melbourne (Australia), and Antwerp University (Belgium). Currently, a PhD student at Monash University (Australia) and a postgraduate student of International Relations at the Jagiellonian University. An author of nine scientific articles published in renowned journals and an active participant of over 40 national and international academic conferences. Awarded with the National ‘Student Nobel Prize’, made the Minister’s List for three consecutive years and Dean’s List for four consecutive years. Lawyer, English tutor and qualified mediator, whose expertise includes international economic law, digital law, European Union law, and alternative dispute resolutions (specifically mediation and international investment arbitration).
