Synopsis

FOREIGN AND BILINGUAL STUDENTS DURING POLISH LANGUAGE LESSONS – FROM THE TEACHER’S AND DIDACTIC’S PERSPECTIVE

The article discusses the issue of education of foreigners and students with experience of migration at school during Polish language classes. The author, referring to his own school experience, supported by scientific reflection, reveals the problems he observed in the education above mentioned students and their integration in a new cultural space. Using the case study method, he looks for opportunities to develop directions of action and solutions that would be conducive to educational effectiveness, would be beneficial for both foreign students and Polish students who co-create classes in the Polish educational system.
