Synopsis

BETWEEN ECONOMY AND POLITICS: IRAQI RELATIONS WITH IRAN AND TURKEY

The article presents the evolution of Iraq’s relations with Iran and Turkey after 2003. The author – based on a review of scientific literature and media sources – analyzes the economic, political and religious factors influencing the mutual relations of the mentioned countries, paying particular attention to the role of the Kurds and the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
