HUMANISTIC LINGUISTICS AS A PARADIGM OF SPEECH THERAPY RESEARCH ON POLISH-FOREIGN BILINGUALISM

The work is focused on the issues of humanistic linguistics and speech language pathology studies of Polish-foreign bilingualism. The author presents and analyzes the most important concepts of humanistic linguistics. He also reflects on the speech therapy perspective of the analysis of Polish-foreign bilingualism. He illustrates his considerations with a case study of a bilingual, dyslectic boy E. In this case study a language biography method, developed and promulgated by Professor Władysław Miodunka, was used.
