INTENTIONALITY AND TRAUMA: DISCOVERING SUBJECTIVITY WITH HUSSERL AND FREUD
This book contains (1) a preliminary reflection on subjectivity as related to E. Husserl’s phenomenology and S. Freud’s psychoanalysis, and (2) a preliminary interpretation of subjectivity facilitated by theoretical and practical findings of the father of phenomenology and the father of psychoanalysis. The aim of the work is not so much a description and analysis of the concept of the subject, as exploring new perspectives on the idea of subjectivity that open up thanks to phenomenology and psychoanalysis. As the fundamental tool of this exploration, the concept of something is utilized, whose operational understanding is taken here from E. Fink.
